PHENOTIC is a tool developed to the monitoring of the growth of seedlings. It can measure the seedling elongation and simulate this elongation by image acquisition. The simulator incorporates parameters of the plant and parameters of the experimental conditions associated with the imaging system.
Allows physical simulation of biomechanical matter (membranes, elastic matter, contractile matter) and environments (liquid, solid and elastic matter with variable physical properties). Sibernetic is a simulation engine that consists of an extension of predictive-corrective incompressible smoothed particle hydrodynamics (PCISPH). The software provides a collection of algorithms and computational methods for modeling biological tissues. It enables the digital reconstruction and simulation of different forms of tissue from lattices of basic particles.
Allows researchers to simulate their own digital worm and to personalize it. WormSim offers a solution for improving the understanding of the worm’s life activity such as neuronal or muscular activity.
Simulates plant growth coupled to a simulator of the image acquisition. ElonSim is able to (i) generate images of simulated plants associated with a known synthetic ground truth, (ii) incorporate parameters of plant, and (iii) parameter of the experimental imaging system acquiring the images.
