Consists of a collaborative repository that permits users to share genomic datasets. InSilico DB’s main goal is to allow biologists to collect and distribute large-scale genomic datasets. InSilico DB exploits a workflow system developed in situ and its system handles all server jobs and executes them on clusters by relying on a queue mechanism and monitors them on a database. This architecture allows pre-processing on demand.
