Java Application Manager for ncbi BLAST JAMBLAST

Allows the user to manage BLAST files. JAMBLAST is a graphic application that provides BLAST results produced with the NOBLAST, a user-friendly tabular output format for various NCBI BLAST programs (Blastn, Blastp, Blastx, Tblastn, Tblastx, Mega BLAST and Psi BLAST) without any use of a parser. JAMBLAST also offers visualization, sorting and filtering of the results according to user-defined criteria.
