Performs computational mutation experiments using rigidity and flexibility analysis. KINARI-Mutagen is a web application that aims to identify destabilizing mutations. The software investigates how different residues affect the rigidity and stability of a protein. It can be used to answer two types of questions: (1) will mutating a residue in a protein destabilize it, or (2) given a protein, which residues could destabilize a protein if mutated.
