maCorrPlot | Correlation test to assess low-level processing of high-density oligonucleotide microarray data

A package that graphically displays correlation in microarray data that is due to insufficient normalization. maCorrPlot is based on a simple graphical method for assessing the quality of low-level analysis of oligonucleotide array expression data. The main advantage of this approach lies in the fact that there is no use of external reference data, but instead an exploitation of the internal correlation structure of large expression data sets.
