Integrates recent progress in statistics and visualization techniques. MicrobiomeAnalyst provides an analysis of common data outputs produced from microbiome studies. It gives support for diversity profiling, comparative analysis and metabolic network visual exploration. It also provides novel functions that allow users to interpret their findings with regard to curated taxonomic signatures or to compare their own data with public datasets.
