Serves as a Caenorhabditis elegans microRNA targets database. mirSOM allows users to search by microRNA or by gene on a web interface. This repository is based on a self-organizing map (SOM) to predict potential miRNA target sites from C.elegans 3’-UTR. It can detect putative miRNA targets sites in nematodes and should be able to build SOMs for other species such as human and mice.
