mouse Transcription Factor knowledgebase mTFkb

Online

Provides expression data, functional analysis results as well as functional annotations of 33 major mouse tissues. mTFkb permits to inspect the expression profile and analysis results for each mouse transcription factor (TF) or tissue. It provides novel insights into the expression pattern of TFs. This database can serve as a comprehensive and valuable resource for fundamental functional annotation of TFs.
