MACAW | A workbench for multiple alignment construction and analysis

Online

Allows the user to construct multiple alignments by locating, analyzing, editing and combining “blocks” of aligned sequence segments. MACAW includes sequence alignment search, editing and display. It is a very nice program according to many, allowing one to look for blocks of homology in sequences. The tool provides an alternate method by which blocks may be located, which is based on a user-supplied sequence pattern.
