Narcisse | A mirror view of conserved syntenies


Allows comparison of genomes of the animal, plant and bacterial kingdoms. Narcisse is a database that uses, for each species, the complete genome sequence and its associated annotation provided by the public sequence database repositories as raw material. animals, plants, fungi and bacteria are grouped in four separate instances. Users can browse the different levels of genome conservation, with help of a zoom tool.
