NGSView | An extensible open source editor for next-generation sequencing data

A generally applicable, flexible and extensible next-generation sequence alignment editor. NGSView allows for visualization and manipulation of millions of sequences simultaneously on a desktop computer, through a graphical interface. NGSView can handle gapped alignments. Differential expression of reads, e.g. from case/control or time course experiments, can also be visualized.
