Analyzes multiple gene co-expression networks associated with cancer progression. NMF-DM is a non-negative matrix factorization algorithm for dynamic modules. It is composed of the following components: dynamic network construction, local module discovery, and dynamic module discovery. This method is effective in the exploration of time-dependent networks associated with complex diseases.
