OikoBase

Online

Provides information on expressed sequence tags (ESTs), transcripts, proteins and genome-wide expression profiles for the urochordate Oikopleura dioica. OikoBase is a tiling array-based developmental transcriptome genome browser resource that provides transcriptomics data across the animal’s entire life cycle. A BLAST function allows researchers to search homologs of their gene of interest.
