Provides several information about Drosophila genomes. Orthonome works as a searchable database and query tool with multiple-sequence alignment browsers for all sets of orthologues. Users can realize two types of research according to gene or orthogroup. Also, a blast function is available on the web interface allowing users to compare sequence domains and to form sequence-similar clusters.
