easy to use, can work with accession numbers, nice result charts and graphic, you can download the result
BUT
in 1 case there was 9 prophage regions in summary mode and 30 phages in genome viewer mode for the same sequence. cant figure out why

I found Phaster very useful for my recent project. It's fast, comprehensive and user friendly. Reports are nicely generated and easily downloadable.

Suggestion: It would be great to implement a feature to provide circular genome visualization as you provide for linear view.
