Highlights interactions between miRNAs, genes and drugs in a specific pharmacogenomic context. Pharmaco miR contains features for parsing and data filtering and incorporate several sources focuses on miRNA targeting and pharmacogenomics. The application can be used: (i) for studying drug efficacy and toxicity (ii) formulating hypothesis dealing with miRNA pharmacogenomics; (iii) planning experiments and (iv) assisting in interpretation of results.
