Bioinformatics tools for phenomics

Phenomics is the large-scale study of phenotypes at a system-wide level. A phenotype is the set of observable traits and characteristics of an individual or a population. It depends on both genotype and environmental factors. Technologies to qualitatively and quantitatively measure phenomes include bioimaging, medical imaging, computational neuroinformatics, neurophysiology, or cell cytometry.
