Permits users to provide access to the plant research community. ppt-miRBase can be used to explore the function of miRNA included in the database. It can be applied to identify drought stress-associated miRNAs (DsAmRs) in Physcomitrella patens and to discover their relationships with gene regulations, using bioinformatics techniques.
