Unique identifier OMICS_10198
Alternative name PRediction Informatics for Secondary Metabolomes
Interface Web user interface
Restrictions to use None
Input data PRISM accepts nucleotide sequence input in FASTA and GenBank format.
Output data PRISM generates rich graphical HTML pages in order to make its output accessible to users without specialized bioinformatics training. The results of a PRISM search are reported as a table of clusters identified within a user-submitted sequence, including the biosynthetic open reading frames of each cluster color-coded by putative function, the predicted product if known, and the biosynthetic family of the cluster.
