Predicts prokaryotic propionylation site. ProSeek combines evolutionary information, sequenced derived information and predicted structural information of 1953 propionylation sites in 856 proteins. It is based on a support vector machine (SVM) method. This tool has been evaluated using the following parameters: accuracy (Acc), sensitivity (Sn), specificity (Sp), Mathews correlation coefficient (MCC) and area under the receiver operating characteristic curves (AUC).
