Accurate prediction of amyloid-forming amino acid sequences remains an important challenge. WALTZ-DB is an online database that provides open access to the largest set of experimentally characterised amyloid forming hexapeptides.
Provides data collected from experimental studies available in the literature on aggregation. CPAD is an integrated database on a total of six categories of protein and peptide aggregation, which are grouped into three classes: (i) change in protein aggregation rates upon mutations (ARCM), (ii) aggregating Peptides (AP) and (iii) aggregation prone regions in amyloidogenic proteins (APRs). The data can also be used to perform comparative proteome wide studies on risk of aggregation to different organisms living in their environment.
