Provides data on causality and energetics of allosteric communication. AlloMAPS is an online resource including information obtained with the structure-based statistical mechanical model of allostery (SBSMMA). It contains data on allosteric signaling in three sets of proteins and protein chains: (i) proteins with comprehensively annotated functional and allosteric sites; (ii) protein chains from PDBselect set of chains with low sequence identity; and (iii) proteins with more than 50 known pathological single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in each molecule.
Consists in a set of about 90 proteins that have both catalytic and allosteric sites in their structures annotated. CASBench can be used to benchmark catalytic/allosteric pocket detection algorithms, and to study particular proteins with both sites annotated in their structures. The data can be downloaded for a local use or studied on-line using the built-in interactive tools.
Provides a central resource for the display, search and analysis of structure, function and related annotation for allosteric molecules. A significant expansion to the context and new features such as allosteric sites and allosteric pathways has been released in the current version of ASD. Additionally, the enhanced front-end and back-end of ASD now enable users to efficiently explore the available information about allostery.
