Great for looking at secreted proteins. Very thorough and can handle large batch searches (up to 4000 proteins).

Spend 4 month to analyze gene ontology and protein interaction with my dataset of 340 mouse proteins.

With ProteINSIDE, i get same results and more, but it taken 20 minutes only...
