A gene-centric proteomic database that integrates proteomic data for proteins encoded by chromosomes with transcriptomic data and other information from public databases. GenomewidePDB may not only expedite identification of the remaining missing proteins but also enhance the exchange of information among the proteome community.
A comprehensive resource to query processed and filtered proteogenomic experimental data from several projects (ENCODE, Illumina Human Body Map 2.0, HPP). dasHPPboard includes results from RNA-Seq, Microarrays, Shotgun proteomics and SRM/MRM experiments. The dasHPPboard has been designed as a tool that can be used to share and visualize a combination of proteomic and transcriptomic data, providing at the same time easy access to resources for proteogenomics analyses.
Allows to facilitate genome based representation and analysis of proteomics data. proBAMsuite is a bioinformatics framework for proteomics and proteogenomics research. User can browse the cancer proteonomics datasets of interest. A central component is the protein BAM (proBAM) file format, and it also includes three R packages: pepXMLTab, proBAMr and proBAMtools. proBAMsuite enables easy adoption and use of the proBAM format for any proteomics laboratories.
