Provides selection of tagSNPs in a chromosomal region. QuickSNP is a web application that permits users to fill in some of the gaps in existing single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) selection tools. This resource allows automatic conversion of coordinates between different genome assemblies. It optionally includes flanking sequence around genes and reject SNPs that are too closely spaced. It also calculates the cost for the genotyping study.
