Connects universal genome analysis and interpretation methods. RAPYD supports the understanding of yeast specific features, its lifestyle, and metabolic blue-prints by applying and combining regional, functional, and comparative genomics as well as metabolic pathway reconstructions. It provides a central entry page controlling access to genomic data. The tool contains modules for yeast annotation, comparative genomics, and metabolic pathway reconstruction.
