Input data Input data have to be provided as a data.frame object with expression values, i. e. raw read or transcript counts, with genes as rows and cells as columns. Row names should correspond to gene identifiers and column names to identifiers of single cell samples. It is recommended to remove any spike-in RNAs from the expression table, if clustering due to variability of non-endogenous transcripts should be avoided.
