Hi.

Refinder gives me different results from the actual programs (Normfinder, Bestkeeper).
It shouls also be some guidelines as to how to import/put in data. And if there are limitations as to how many samples and genes you can put in.

As it uses all the 4 software to determine the best reference gene, i would like to know which one among them is the most reliable?
