Serves for the prediction of ADP-ribosylated aspartic and glutamic acids. ADPredict is an algorithm based on: (1) physicochemical properties, (2) in-house designed secondary structure-related descriptors, and (3) three-dimensional features of a set of human ADP-ribosylated proteins. In summary, it identifies the aspartic acid and glutamic acid most probable to be ADP-ribosylated within a target protein.
Predicts Asp-ADP-Ribosylation sites from human proteins. ADPRtool is based on weighted support vector machine (WSVM), minimum redundancy maximum relevance (mRMR) and incremental feature selection (IFS). The tool can evaluate the relevance of candidate features and determine the dimension of final optimal feature set. It is a valuable computational tool for functional proteomic biologists.
