Provides a database of mammalian non-protein-coding RNAs (ncRNAs). RNAdb is an online resource that (i) provides a searchable sequence repository for mammalian ncRNAs whose function may be regulatory and whose existence is supported by experimental evidence and (ii) highlights to the scientific community the presence of thousands of potentially regulatory ncRNAs. It contains a comprehensive listing of mammalian ncRNAs, but excludes tRNAs, rRNAs and spliceosomal RNAs.
