Hosts a repository of SBOL 2.0-compliant metabolic parts for metabolic engineering. The SBOLme parts are divided into four different types: chemical compound, reaction, EC number, and protein. SBOLme allows users to search for these biological parts with convenient criteria for composing biosynthesis systems. Biologists can use them to specify their designs for metabolic and biosynthetic pathways and to more effectively communicate their designs with their collaborators. SBOLme repository contains 28 437 chemical compound parts (including 1 386 drug compounds), 9 909 reaction parts, 6 883 EC number parts and 3 173 238 protein parts from 3 908 organisms.
