Applies models and similarity scores to a wide range of network. Semantic propagation is a general approach that can be combined with different model matching algorithms. It can be carried out in two ways, as feature propagation (FP) or as similarity propagation (SP). The Semantic propagation software is implemented as part of the tool semanticSBML, a toolkit for SBML models and for specific similarity measures.
