SpinachDB

Obsolete

Helps researchers to identify and decipher biologically important information from the datasets. SpinachDB is a database to store assembled and annotated expressed sequence tag (EST) transcripts, predicted metabolic pathways, EST-derived simple sequence repeat (SSR) and single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers. This tool contains the GBrowse map that integrates genome, genes, SSR and SNP markers information; the Blast alignment service; the gene family classification search tool; the orthologous and paralogous gene pairs search tool.
