Input data The first input is a file containing the organism coding sequence(s). The second input is a text file containing a list of anticodons (representing the different tRNA types) and their corresponding tRNA levels.

Output data Two output files are provided by stAIcalc application: output_tAI_file.txt (contains the names of the input genes and their resultant tAI values based on the species-specific inferred weights.) and output_tAI_file.txt (contains the weights for each codon.)
