Helps stem cell biologists to identify and assess relevant datasets, gene sets and pathways. Stemformatics provides an online data portal and a collection of visualisation tools. It assists users by providing a format ‘translation’ feature, which allows to download public experiments in formats ready for use in these external tools. The tool has begun to integrate multiple ‘omics’ platforms for collaborators, and future releases will see inclusion of miRNA, proteomic, RNAseq and epigenomic datasets.
