System for Integrate Genomic Resources and Analyses STINGRAY

Offers a complete annotation pipeline for integrating, analyzing, annotating and presenting genomic and expression data from sequencing platforms. STINGRAY offers to user a phylogenetic module that all three steps typically necessary for molecular phylogenetic analysis, (i) retrieval/inference of homologous sequences, (ii) creation of multiple sequence alignments and, (iii) phylogenetic tree construction can be performed in STINGRAY.
