Estimates recombination rates, has sophisticated interpolation methods and allows complex queries. MareyMap is integrated with physical and genetic maps from different organisms: one vertebrate - Homo sapiens; two invertebrates - Drosophila melanogaster, Caenorhabditis elegans; and one plant Arabidopsis thaliana. It includes sliding window to get local estimation with the slope of the best line fit to the data in a local window. The software is also available as a simplified web service for permitting to get recombination rates from personalized data or a public database.


A software package for automatic phenotyping in C. elegans included in QuantWorm. WormGender is designed for accurate quantification of sex ratio in Caenorhabditis elegans. The software functions include, i) automatic recognition and counting of adult hermaphrodites and males, ii) a manual inspection feature that enables manual correction of errors, and iii) flexibility to use new training images to optimize the software for different imaging conditions. We evaluated the performance of our software by comparing manual and automated assessment of sex ratio. Our data showed that the WormGender software provided overall accurate sex ratio measurements.


Prepares, presents and analyzes navigational and spatial experiments. MazeSuite can be used to design and edit adapted virtual 3D environments, track a participants' behavioral performance within the virtual environment and synchronize with external devices for physiological and neuroimaging measures, including electroencephalogram and eye tracking. MazeSuite consists of three main applications: an editing program to create and alter maze environments (MazeMaker), a visualization/rendering module (MazeWalker), and finally an analysis/mapping tool (MazeViewer). MazeSuite has been integrated with various technologies/sensors such as fNIRS, EEG, fMRI and tDCS.

adni_on_alcf / Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative on Argonne national laboratory Leadership Computing Facility

Assesses structural and diffusion magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) as imaging markers of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). adni_on_alcf exploits high-throughput brain phenotyping, including morphometry and whole-brain tractography, and machine learning analytics for classification to process. This multimodal approach intends to evaluate white-matter individualized structure connectome by providing pre- and post-processing algorithms in a pipeline tool.

FSD / Fungal Stress Database

Provides pictures of stress agar plate cultures performed with selected Aspergillus species. FSD stores almost 1.5 thousand photos on various Aspergillus colonies grown on well-defined stress agar media. The database and the website are based on the BioloMICS software, which is a tool allowing specialized and scientific biological databases to be created. FSD can stimulate further research in the field of fungal stress biology and facilitate future interlaboratory standardizations of agar stress plate assays.
