Visual annotation display VLAD


Determines functional themes in sets of genes based on their ontology term annotations. VLAD is highly configurable and can be used with several ontology and annotation combination. The software generates a list of ontology terms with related additional information and can be run for several gene sets simultaneously. It was developed for working especially for term enrichment/depletion analysis in mouse genes.
