Gathers information helping user to predict gene-to-gene association. WormQTL HD is a database assisting in exploitation of the worm expression Quantitative Trait Loci (eQTL) data for human disease research. It is based on the detection of the overlapping sets of orthologous genes associated with different phenotypes, or ‘phenologs’ between these two species.
